How can I track my order?

You can track your order by checking the status of your tracking number online. The number will be sent to you via email once we have created your shipping label. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order.

How do I access my order history & account information?

From your account you can view your orders, update your personal information, and request returns and exchanges.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Your shipping rate is calculated at checkout.

If your cart is equal to or greater than our current free shipping threshold, free shipping will automatically apply.

For example, we may offer free shipping on the following: Australia $325 AUD, Canada $300 CAD, New Zealand $375 NZD, UK £150.00, and USA $150 USD on orders with shipping costs not exceeding $20.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We proudly serve Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the UK.

For international orders, we offer shipping for orders under 4 lb via USPS First Class Package International Service or DHL eCommerce Parcel International Standard. Learn more in our Shipping Policy.

What is your return / exchange policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. Your item must be in its original condition, and you must have proof of purchase.

Exchanges must be completed as a return and re-purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be refunded.

Where are your products made?

Originally, most of our products were made by local seamstresses including the founders, Katie & Kieran.

Many of our styles are still our original designs that can not be found anywhere else on the market.

Today, all of our products are made in the USA by reputable suppliers. In the future we are excited to incorporate ethical near-shore production as well.

Are your dog accessories made in the USA?

Yes!

We proudly produce our collars, leads, harnesses, and bandanas in the USA.

What size should I order?

Our pieces are true to size.

Before purchasing, we always recommend measuring your body and your dog's body with a soft measuring tape and referencing each product's size chart. This will ensure your pieces will have the best fit for your body and preferences.
