Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with any original tags, and in their original packaging.
- You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
There are two ways to initiate a return.
1) Log in to your customer account, select the order you would like to return, click "request return." Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package.
2) Email us at info@boobsandbarks.com with the subject "Return Request" and your order number if you know it. Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

USA Returns
We offer free return shipping and free exchange shipping for all domestic (U.S.) orders.
Australia Returns
We accept international returns within 30 days of delivery. However, international customers, including Australia, are responsible for return shipping costs.
At this time, we do not offer free return labels or exchanges for international orders. Once your return is received and approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@boobsandbarks.com so we can address the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Final Sale items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about the return eligibility of a specific item, please get in touch with us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. We offer free return shipping. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
