Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email once your order has been processed and is on its way.

USA DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Typical carrier options include:

• USPS: 1–5 business days

• UPS: 1–5 business days

Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

We occasionally offer promotional shipping discounts, such as free U.S. shipping on orders over $150. Any discounts will be shown at checkout and may not be combined with other offers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently offer international shipping to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom via USPS, UPS, and DHL.

• Flat Rate Shipping: We offer flat rate shipping to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom for orders under 4 lb (1.8 kg). Flat rate shipped orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package International Service (FCPIS) or DHL eCommerce Parcel International Standard. When selecting flat rate shipping, the carrier is chosen at our discretion based on destination and logistics. Flat rate shipping costs are subject to change and will be displayed when available at checkout. 

• Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping for orders under 4 lb (1.8 kg) with purchase thresholds for international orders. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when available. 

Orders over 4 lbs will display live carrier-calculated rates at checkout.

Delivery typically takes 8–30 business days, depending on destination and customs processing times.

PLEASE NOTE:

Import duties, taxes, and fees (including VAT or GST) may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

USPS First Class Package International (FCPIS) does not support Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

Boobs & Barks LLC is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or carrier issues once the package leaves the U.S.

Orders refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes will not be refunded for shipping costs.

STORE PICKUP & LOCAL DELIVERY:

If local delivery is available for your address, it will be automatically displayed at checkout and offered free of charge.

SHIPPING FEES AND HANDLING

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once your order has been shipped.

Rates and handling costs may vary depending on carrier costs, packaging size, and weight.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES:

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you must return an item, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags.

• U.S. customers: Return shipping is free.

• Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom customers: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@boobsandbarks.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your case so that we can make it right for you.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item was defective.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Boobs & Barks LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
If this occurs, please file a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number, and we’ll assist if needed.
